Versum is the most popular salon software in Poland. We have a strong position on the market and constantly grow, improve our software, introduce new products and enter new markets.

Your duties will include:

  • Reaching out to prospects from all over the world
  • Presenting Versum’s capabilities and encouraging prospects to try the system for free
  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Looking for new distribution channels on the global market
  • Impeccable presentation of benefits arising from the implementation of the system
  • Advising and supporting owners of trial accounts
  • Maintaining relations with existing customers
  • Completing the sale process

Additionally, you will:

  • Take part in trade events (fairs, congresses, lectures, workshops)
  • Hold and take part in meetings with key clients
  • Acquire new business partners

What we require:

  • At least two years of experience within the global B2B sales environment
  • Exceptional sales skills (supported by evidence)
  • Perfect spoken and written English (essential prerequisite)
  • Advanced sales and customer service skills
  • High interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong computer skills
  • Willingness to learn and interest in new technologies

Additional assets:

  • Ability to sell products through diverse communication channels (Skype, Facebook, chat, email, phone)
  • Experience in selling software
  • Knowledge of the hair&beauty industry
  • Experience in using CRM systems
  • Working knowledge of languages other than English
